The two inner courtyards are freed from all buildings that have been added. Tous les toits sont refaits avec une isolation cons\u00e9quente. Des\u00a0capteurs solaires et une PAC eau eau sont utilis\u00e9s pour un meilleur bilan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. L&#8217;infrastructure est con\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9viter de d\u00e9naturer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments parfois modestes mais int\u00e9ressants tels que fen\u00eatres, planchers et boiseries.<\/p>\n<p>Deux annexes discr\u00e8tes seront construites sur les arri\u00e8res et ne seront pratiquement pas visibles depuis le quai Perdonnet.
