On the 4th floor of Rue d’Italie 59 Léman2 offers a large office space. With 80 m2 of surface – excluding entrance and shared bathroom – this open space radiates a particularly peaceful atmosphere. The floor made of solid fir tree panels was isolated phonetically ‘old fashion’ with two tons of gravel. The large skylights ‘Velux’ provide light from the North, the thermal insulation, made of cellulose (paper), is environmentally friendly and very efficient.

The fourth floor was originally designed as a 4-room apartment for a family, but today families are still looking for private houses with garage, garden and pool if possible.
