The terrace is the one element of the site which serves as meeting place for all tenants and visitors.

Here are the rules which allow a smooth operation:

1) Total respect for all tenants and visitors as well as surrounding apartments

2) For groups with more than  10 participants a reservation and information for all tenants is required (mail), first announced, first served

3) All visitors who are not living on the site a list needs to be supplied

4) From 10 pm onwards no more noise is permitted (no music, laughter, big discussions and pathetic farewells across the terrace or road)

5) From midnight the terrace is emptied and in order, prolongations until 2 am are only possible on Fridays and Saturdays
